Comprehensive, multi-language apps

Available in English, Spanish and Portuguese, the app enables LATAM Airlines’ passengers to easily plan and manage their end-to-end journey in one convenient place.

Features include flight booking, seat selection, mobile check-in with Apple Wallet integration, flight status, loyalty programme management and much more.

IROPs Management

Leveraging Travelport Digital Engage, real-time push messages can be sent via the app to inform of any flight disruptions and delays. The app provides live information on the flight status and details on any passenger entitlements due to delays or cancellations as well as the ability to reschedule flights free of charge in times of IROPs situations.

Travellers can also use the app to chat directly with customer service agents, reducing traveller ambiguity and reliance on airport customer service desks during disruption.

'My Trips' and Loyalty Integration

The app’s ‘My Trips’ feature helps travellers keep details of upcoming flights organised, with easy access to important information such as booking references and departure dates and times.

The app integrates with LATAM Airlines’ loyalty programme, LATAM Pass, allowing frequent flyers keep track of their loyalty programme. Travellers can use the app to check their miles, expiry date and points earned easily while on the go through their virtual LATAM Pass member card.
